Our policy lasts 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or
exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Certain types of goods are not permitted for return. For example, perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers or
magazines, cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or
substances, or flammable liquids or gases.
Other items that are not permitted for return include:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Certain health and personal care products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Books showing obvious signs of use
* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after it was delivered
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund is approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and your credit card or original method of payment will automatically be credited,
within a few days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before your refund is posted.

Sale or Promotional Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, send us an email at juanjoselaraastaiza@gmail.com and send your item to: 7 bis rue du pont , hendaye , Nouvelle Aquitaine , 64700, France.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value
of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves
to give to you later, we will send the refund to them and they will know that you have returned their gift.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail it to the following postal address: 7 bis rue du pont , hendaye , Nouvelle Aquitaine , 64700, France.
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. They are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of
return shipping will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your
shipment. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
